Engr. Villacampa is involved in different projects in government and private sectors in the Emirates such as International Airport Buildings, IFC Stadium and Football Facilities, Hotels, Road Networks, and Infrastructure works including underground pipelines.
He is responsible for the planning and design activities of the project. In-charge in making preparation of the detailed baseline schedule, including resource loading and cash flow. He tracked and monitored updates of weekly, monthly progress reports through approve baseline. Prepare monthly dashboard report and attend progress coordination meetings.
Engr. Noel Villacampa prepares detailed schedule for all work packages including engineering, procurement, construction, nominations, and provisional sums, testing and commissioning.
As Resident Engineer of Louis Berger Group Inc.- Philippines, several of their projects are a construction of Cotabato City Square Mall, Expansion of Airport Runways in Jolo, Sulu Tawi-Tawi Road Development Construction of Bailey Bridges, and Reinforced Concrete Bridges in Cotabato, and construction of Jolo Water System. This is under the auspices of United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Engr. Villacampa reports to the area manager and provide support to teams for all planning and scheduling for the project. He also monitors and assure that the third-party contractor complies with the requirement of the contract.
